LEVELLING AGENT

SL-306

SL-306 is a levelling agent based on Modified organic-Silicone. By reducing surface tension of coatings to improve the wetting ability and shrinkage-proof ability of substrates, and then increase the surface smooth, scratch and anti-blocking. Reducing the sensitivity of air particle and spray and improving the orientation of matting agent Restrain the Cell Vortex is help to control the Paints' flooding and floating.

Dosage and incorporation

Typical addition levels are 0.1-0.5%SL-306 by the weight of total form ulation. It can be added in any procedure of producing. But if added before dispersing and stirring, it can improve the wet ability.

Packaging and Storage

Packing: 20kg/drum or customized.

Product should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry location.

Storage life: 2 years.
